(DBA Align Income Share Funding) under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to obtain consumer reports about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion and Clarity. You authorize Cumulus Funding, Inc. to obtain such information solely to determine your eligibility for funding via an Income Share Agreement.
